Partners and Funders
Since its inception in 2001 Making It Work has been supported by 5 key organisations, Reading Museum Service, the University of Reading, the Athene Trust, the National Society for Education in Art and Design and Arts Council England South East.
The structure of Making It Work comprises a full-time Co-ordinator based at Reading Museum Service reporting to a Steering Group representing the 5 organisations.
The Innovation Programme of craft education projects running from 2001-03 was supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the Regional Arts Lottery Programme, Reading Museum Service, Lloyds TSB, the Thames Valley Partnership, the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, the Head Trust and Arts Council England.
